Family Buffet in Junction City

I stop in and get my usual to go box. They were out of the noodles I wanted and got them in a timely manner. Good place and friendly staff.

One of the top 10 Chinese restaurants I have visited in the USA, everything was flawless, the meats were top grade, vegetables very flavorful, definitely a great place.

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot. Save your money go to McDonald’s or something

Best Oriental food in the area. Great prices! Easy to get to from Interstate 70. We drive about 70 miles from our home just to eat here!

The only reason I gave it two over one star is because there were a couple of edible items out. But we didn’t eat 90% of the options. We tried almost all of them trying to find something that didn’t taste awful. Don’t waste your money here.

We go here often. I ask my young children where they would like to go and it's anyways here. They have a sushi bar which is great a salad bar that is always fresh and pizza for the young son.The selection of food for me is great. Very few places have ad much on a Buffet add this place does. The restaurant is always busy at every meal but not to busy. Gong fitting meal times is best because it keeps the food fresh. Only 4 stars because the food can sometimes be undesirable between meals because it sits to long. Try the crab Rangoon! It's always Great.

Sometimes it's fresh, sometimes it's not. Either way you can't beat a buffet.

Did not have a pleasurable experience here. Save yourself the trouble and go to Bamboo Buffett in Manhattan. Server got our drinks wrong when requesting Coke or Pepsi products, got Dr. Pepper instead. Good was subpar at best mostly dried out and tasteless. Desert was the final straw, barely consumable for what it was worth. Highly unlikely to look at this restaurant again.

My family and i have been here a few times its great and convenient its located right by a truck stop and the interstate! The people are friendly and the food is always fresh!!

Great buffet tables, they have three.

All you can food. Very inexpensive. Great for everyone. All you can eat ice cream. Good for groups. Family friendly.

Party of 8 plus high chair told we had to sit at separate tables. Upon seating, the older gentleman proceeded to ask my very young children their ages. When I corrected them, he rudely interrupted me and told me to let the kids answer! At that I told the kids to get up and go to the car. I will not have someone telling my kids to ignore me and speaking over me when I'm correcting my children. I never leave restaurants, even with bad service but this was ridiculous. We left and went to cracker barrel and had wonderful service and meal.

The food was horrible....the chicken was dried out...food dis not have any taste.... boyfriend overheard that some of the food had been out since 12pm and we ate there at 7pm...Hoping we dont get food poisoning....the price is way to much for rhat food.....will never fo back

Good food variety. Often upset stomach after leaving; possibly sue to food being luke warm? Sometimes meat doesn't taste right.

I love this place! We go here often, because it is inexpensive and the food is good. The buffet has a TON of stuff on it, and it is hot and ready to go. The employees and owners will ALWAYS do their best to get you what you need. I recommend the Walnut Chicken, the Sesame Chicken, the donuts (OMG I love these things), it is all good. Try one of everything!

Ummmm... the price there is very fair and the food was good but some of the items did fell like they were old. I grab every item they had and the way I did it was grab a piece and not a portion. I really enjoyed the ragoon they were delicious. One thing I felt that really suck was the fries rice. The sushi are the same like always rice,seaweed,cucumber, and imitated crab. I enjoyed that they had about 8 different ice cream

It was typical foodfair. Not bad, but not exceptional either. Everyone got their fill and all was good.

Good food selection and priced well. Casual atmosphere...come as you are and enjoy a good meal.

I have a new favorite Chinese restaurant! Everything is fresh and delicious. Very much worth the drive from Manhattan. Better than any Chinese in Manhattan.

The food was cold and it was horrible. Service was bad and was not clean. I felt like I was going to get food poisoning.

We go here all the time food is awesome but it's the staff that really makes the experience. They've been there for a long time and have seen many of the children from local families grow into adulthood!!!

Don't let the name fool you. This is a Chinese buffet. There is some limited "american" food, but it's still 100% a Chinese buffet. That being said the food is pretty outstanding for a Chinese buffet.

The food was not great it was just barely ok. Food tastes like it was not fresh maybe they added fresh with old or just added sauces. I was a Cook for over 10 years so I'm very familiar with handling of buffet foods. The service was Excellent , this was my first time there and I definitely will come again. Maybe I just came at the wrong time for the buffet or maybe I'll just order off menu.

Wish I never stop off the highway for this cold, salt lick stuff. I couldn't even finish a half plate of this stuff and I started with a half plate. I had to go next door to buy a bag of potato chips.

Decent entrees and buffet fare. Pretty typical choices. They have sushi, peel and eat shrimp, and battered fried shrimp. I don't understand why some are complaining about flavor. The spicy foods are plenty spicy, and everything seems seasoned well. All the choices that are served hot, are covered. They have a pretty clean environment, and the service is prompt. Prices are pretty typical as well. Not too bad at all, really. I drive a truck, parked next door, so it's pretty handy. I have had much worse on the road.

The food was very tasty and hot. The service was also amazing. We will be back.

Take it for what it is, you're in the middle of KS and you know what? The soup, pork egg rolls, low mein and all of that are solid! It's a buffet and it's 4-5 stars here with a solid 3-4 even in a big city.

Never ever!Who pushes the customers to pay a freaking tip in buffet restaurant!He said did you leave cash tip on the table?? I wanted make a scene but holded in because I was with my kid.And I never even got a refill my drink anyway! Service is horrible so so horrible and rude! Don't stare or talk to the customers that way.Don't recommend at all!

Always great food. I visit with coworkers over lunch. There's your typical salad bar, dessert bar and all main fruit options. I'm more of a picky eater so I tend to stick with what I know. 😂 I eat their potatoes, honey chicken and chicken on a stick. All very delicious. There's plenty more I just haven't tried it. You'll enjoy the variety.

Been going here for about a decade. The place isn't much to look at, but is clean. They have awesome food, always tastes great. Salad bar is ALWAYS fresh and well stocked. Prices are fair, and the owner treats you like family.

Great selection, fresh food, and 8 different flavors of real ice cream...not the soft serve you usually get. Awesome!

I literally threw up everything I ate right after eating here. My stomach couldnt handle anymore after the first plate. Way to spend your lunch break. Dont eat here.
